Hello Everyone…the Club Championship is only a week and a half away!  Please see the below rules for entry and participation.  I have also attached the Sign Up Sheet that you will need to return to the Clubhouse by August 3rd, 2010.  It is at the bottom of this post.  I have also included the payouts and also an attachment related.  Let’s have some good competition this year!!

Game Rules

: Each team has four members (incomplete teams will incorporate the score of a player or players from another team drawn at random). The team score will take the three best scores, by hole, from that team and combine them with a pro’s Sunday score from the Open tournament to get the total team score. The pro is of the team’s choice. Please pick your pro Saturday morning and write it next to your teams tee time in the Players Club book at the Pro Shop desk. Any team without a pro identified in the Players Club book before the team tee off will use the score of their fourth team member.  Buy in and rules are below…but click on the link to get the full information.

It’s time to start preparing for the Member Guest Tournament coming up this year June 26th and 27th.  We are also going to incorporate a “membership drive” and hold a “social” on Saturday evening after the first round of play.  We will have more information in the days and weeks to come, but start to consider who you would like to bring out to our course for this event.  Make sure they are available for both days.

Hole Prizes, Raffle, CASH (club credit) winnings will all be incorporated this year.  Again…stay tuned for more details.  But put this on your calendar! – Aaron

This Saturday the 8th of May the Chehalem Glenn Players Club will host the first official “Tournament” of the 2010 season.  This is an important tournament as the winner of the Gross competition will earn their spot to represent Chehalem Glenn as a member of the mens team at the Annual OGA Team Championship event. This will be the 83rd event and it will be held at Broken Top Golf Course in Bend, OR September 25th-26th of 2010.  If you would like to be involved please be sure to sign up for a spot in the field by Tuesday the 4th of May.
